THE CHALLENGE
NTT DATA wanted to create disruptive ways to onboard new employees, delivering an experience that allows connecting employees from different locations and offices in a single place, where they can get to know each other and discover the company, among other benefits.
The goal was also to establish a new corporate digital channel where an optimized onboarding process for employees could take place, but also, could be user for other activities such as the transmission of relevant information, events, collaborative meetings and trainings.
THE SOLUTION
Through Syntphony Immersive Experiences, we created a virtual campus, where new employees have at their disposal a virtual environment resembling actual offices, along with a map showing a journey that includes all the planned experiences for them during their first two years in the company.
Subsequently, the process evolved with the gamification of the experience through collaborative games, where employees can earn and redeem points, transforming the experience into a distinctive and innovative one.
Furthermore, a Smart Assistant was implemented, integrating artificial intelligence trained with specific information that could provide contextually relevant information to users and perform actions in experiences in a natural manner.
